What is Distance Reiki?
Think of Wi-Fi. You can’t see it or touch it, yet it quietly connects us across rooms, cities, and miles.
Reiki is an invisible life force energy that a certified practitioner channels through their body and directs it to where it is most needed. This life force energy helps the practitioner intuitively feel and identify anything that may be stuck, blocking or limiting the flow of your life- and uses the energy to shift it out of the way, and dissolve it.
How will our session work?
Phone Consultation
You’ll have an opportunity to share the current feelings in your heart or home, and what you desire for a “reset and renewal.”
Video/Facetime of your home or pet
If we are doing a Home Reiki Reset, I’ll review a video you send me of your home, or you can walk me through your home on FaceTime. I’ll sense stagnant energy, old emotional residue, and energetic weight

We set a time for the session. If we are doing a Reiki for Home session, I’ll mail you a set of the floral rituals to use after our session & throughout the month.
What will the session feel like?
More than a service—it’s a reset for your heart and home.
In a deep meditative state, I connect to you, your pet or your home’s energy, and intuitively sense where a block, conflict, limitation or lingering echo from the past may be standing in the way.
I gently clear it and invite healing energy in its place. I feel the shift in my hands: warmth where energy needs clearing, and a calm, balanced stillness once it is released.
During your session, all you need to do is simply be home and relax on the couch or in a chair.
You may notice tingling, warmth, coolness, a soft breeze or a wave of emotional release (and relief), Sometimes including tears.
Following our session, you are empowered. to use your personalized set of floral rituals to imprint and renew the space with fresh intentions that reflect your wishes for your heart or home.

As I moved through my own healing journey, receiving Reiki and other energy work, I began to feel the echoes living in the walls. Slowly and gently, I cleared old residue and imprints — and in the process, reclaimed my sanctuary in my own heart and my home.
I spent 2 years growing, decoding, and blending the energy of flowers with solfeggio frequencies, crystals, and reiki healing energy— and became a certified Reiki Master. Today, my home is peaceful, soft, and deeply harmonious— and so is my central nervous system.
