Join Dahlias and Dreams & The Huntington Historical Society for a 90-minute workshop on planning (and planting) your dream garden. Whether you have sun or shade or are a beginner or intermediate gardener, these easy-to-implement 6 tips will go the distance with you, year after year!
The workshop will include a 45-minute presentation + 45 minutes of inspirational vision boarding for your dream garden! Come create, connect, and leave with a little more beauty and intention in your day! All supplies are included— but please bring your own magazines + Pinterest images for your board!

Create your own botanical arts note cards (5) with fresh flowers, using their natural pigments that seamlessly transfer to cardstock with ease and longevity.
Through this hands-on activity, we’ll explore patterns, creativity, and the beauty of nature while crafting unique notecards to take home.
You’ll create your own botanical collage (artist choice!) using vibrant colored fresh & dried flowers, a small hammer and a transparent plastic overlay sheet (I went to school in the 80/90s IYKYK!)
This workshop is designed to be a relaxing experience for adults. Come create, connect, and leave with a little more beauty and intention in your day!
All materials will be provided: Flower symbolism charts, fresh & dried flowers, acid-free card stock, plastic sheets and small hammers and light fixative spray
Mindful Mandalas for Moms and Kids

Join us for a creative and mindful workshop where children will design their own Nature-made Mandala using dried flowers, leaves, and other natural elements. Through this hands-on activity, kids will explore patterns, creativity, and the beauty of nature while crafting a unique mandala to take home.
While the little artists create, moms can enjoy a moment of peaceful reflection with Mini Intention Setting with Mandalas. You can relax with a mandala square and colored pencils– where you’ll set a personal intention for the season, and embrace a moment of calm and creativity. Ahhhh.
This workshop is designed to be a fun and enriching experience for children (ages 6-12) and a soothing, mindful break for moms. Come create, connect, and leave with a little more beauty and intention in your day!
All materials will be provided:
Mandala templates, Mandala cardstock 8x8, flower symbolism charts, dried flowers, natural materials, glue sticks, modge podge, qtips, acid-free card stock, and light spray fixative

Mindfully choose some themes in your life to focus on, write your intentions down on 5 pieces of paper, and pair them with dried flowers and reiki-charged crystals to supercharge your intentions or dreams. Place them in the jar, tie them up with a bow and let the magic unfold for the next few months.
No dream is too big to write down and cast out to the universe!
